Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Consumer Insight Manager in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Use your innate ability and passion to understand and empathise with consumers and customers to deliver valuable insights to the business
- Be independent and deliver fact based, objective views of the business, making credible recommendations to marketing business partners and delivering them in a way that inspires action
- Identify strategic possibilities for business growth through market development and tactical opportunities for the marketing teams to capitalise on
- Facilitate innovation and communication development and deployment via mix development research and testing
- Use brand performance insight capabilities to guide the business on optimisation and growth opportunity identification and measurement
- Offer foresight rather than just insight, by proactively identifying consumer and market trends, and using these to shape the category strategy

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Consumer Insight Manager in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Passionate about the impact of consumer insights & brand marketing
- Experienced in both continuous research data, as well as Ad hoc, qualitative & quantitative methods
- Consultative – this is your natural style, you aren’t afraid to push back and ask “why?”
- Commercial – you can think outside of the box to not just focus on the past and present but what the future may hold, develop work which is fact-based rather than fact-filled, focusing on recommendations and outcomes
