Our Client, a global contact-centre situated in central Cape Town, currently seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join their diverse and dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

Superior foreign language skills in Dutch and English
Successful completion of secondary education (Matric)
Computer literacy skills (screen navigation/ typing skills)
An ability to work rotational, flexible shifts
An ability to learn and retain information (airport codes/ countries and capitals)
Customer-centric; providing outstanding customer services

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

General reservations
Ticketing
Assisting customers with airport services (eg, baggage claims)
Online booking and travel agent support
