A leading ISP are looking for a passionate, self-motivated and friendly Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent who is looking for a career in the IT industry. The main responsibility of this job is to provide outstanding customer services and support to all clients
The Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent in Cape Town will be in direct contact with clients. As the Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent you'll be responsible for responding to basic sales and technical enquiries, escalating tickets and helping grow the brand. You will work in a team of knowledgeable colleagues whose goals are to ensure our outstanding customer service is maintained
Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent job in Cape Town:
Must be fluent in Dutch and Proficient in English
At least 1-year relevant work experience working customer service industry
Tertiary or additional IT/business related education or training
Knowledge of the internet and terminology
Computer Literacy
2+ years’ work experience at a hosting company or ISP (advantageous)
Able to pay attention to detail and provide an excellent customer service
Flexible for adhoc duties as and when required
Must have at least 2 contactable references
