Duties include:
• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation
• Overseeing the smooth running of the hotel
• Overseeing the smooth running of different apartments
• Managing of staff
• To provide an efficient and friendly check-in & check-out
• To assist hotel reservations according to hotel standards
• To act as a point of contact for all guests
• Dealing with guest queries, complaints, special requirements
• Administrative and financial duties
• Ensuring policies are followed and adhere to

Must have good communication and presentation skills.
