• Previous experience working in a 5-star establishment or similar environment would be beneficial
• Skilled at guests liaison on a highly professional and eloquent level
• Able to work well under pressure
• Experienced at conflict resolution
• Prepared to do shift work
• Confident to work hand-in-hand with all hotel departments, including FOH, F&B, maintenance and security
• IT knowledge would be beneficial
• Knowledge of Opera preferable
• Well groomed, friendly and presentable
• Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
• Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
• Own transport advisable

Salary: R12 000 per month – depending on experience.
