Â The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that the guests experience from arrival to departure is seamless, personalised and memorable.The duty manager also acts as a host/hostess attending to the needs of guests ensuring a high level of personalised, sincere and authentic service.Main Duties:To ensure that the day to day operations of Front of House Duties are carried out according to the standards of the company and as specified by senior management.To brief all Front of House staff at the start of their shift regarding groups, VIP’s, special events, meal themes and applicable décor and any other pertinent information.To ensure that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of Front of house Area areas are immaculately maintained at all times according to the standards of the company and as specified by senior management.To carry out on the job training with Lobster ink to ensure that personnel are constantly growing and improving.To ensure that daily beverage stock takes are carried out and that the specified par levels are maintained.Requirements & Qualifications for this position:It is important for the Royal portfolio to ensure the right candidate will see them as part of a team and fit into our culture.A person who can see themselves being part of the Royal Portfolio’s cult-like culture. and who would like to grow within a company.
