Duty Manager

Leading Hotel Group is looking for a Duty Manager who will report to the Hotel Manager. You will need to be well presented, have a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Grade / Matric
• 2 – 3 years 5 star Hotel Front Office experience
• Minimum 1 year Management exposure
• Front office booking system experience – essential
• Computer literate
• Drivers licence & PDP – essential

Duties will include:

• Must have excellent interactive skills and proactive attitude towards staff , guests as well as suppliers
• Good organisational skills and able to prioritise
• Able to facilitate communication
• Must be flexible on working hours – Shift work required
