Our client a national concern in the manufacturing sector is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Professional to appoint as HR Business Partner.

Responsible for
Ensuring labour disputes and grievances are minimised
Developing and maintaining effective procedures
Ensuring adequate communications between management and employees.
Monitoring compliance with appropriate industrial and other applicable legislation
Monitoring industrial relations indicators (e.g. number of disputes, grievances),
Recommend corrective action
Ensure that correct procedures are followed at hearings

Minimum requirements:
Appropriate degree/national diploma or qualified by experience with progress towards a related qualification

Industrial Relations experience
Extensive knowledge of labour and other applicable legislation, CCMA rules and regulations and Union negotiations
Must have a good understanding of Collective Bargaining principles and implementation thereof.
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, Compensation management, Organisational planning,
Organisation development, Employee relations, Training and development. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and proficiency in VIP HR will be to the advantage of the candidate
Excellent organising and leadership skills Fully bilingual in English and Venda
Code EB (08) driver’s license and own reliable transport
Willingness to travel nationally and work irregular hours
