Key performance indicators:
(Diver's licence would be an advantage, but is not compulsory.)
Handle switchboard for reception until they arrive, if working early morning shift
Check on call report and respond to vacancies created
Update staff details and status on Tempcare
Update staff availability and unavailability on Tempcare
Fill shift in as soon as requested by client
SMS and email confirmation of Adhoc shifts
Replace staff as soon as possible
Create vacancies for every order which comes in
Orientate newly registered staff
Help the team
Do Service Calls
Special Treatment to Clients as needed
Obtain ongoing shifts from clients
Administrate appointments
Deal with complaints
Populate tempcare with all dealings you have with candidates or clients under the activity tabs.
Fine Administration
Daily Reports
Leave application
Attend meetings
Quotations for clients
Pay Queries
Handing over to / receiving follow up from Oncall
On call relief
