My client is a well established company looking for a dynamic, outgoing, money hungry "Hunters" Sales Executive!
One must identify and develop new business opportunities by taking exciting and cutting edge Digital radio communication and fiber products & technology to market. You will work alongside a top-notch team to close deals but will be accountable for achieving an individual target.
The Electronic environment is in hyper growth and therefore requires someone who thrives in a fat-paced environment and therefore a disciplined hard worker is essential.
The successful candidate will be coached and required to develop the following skills:
1. A good understanding of RF communication Analog and Digital and Fiber technology (equipment and service)
2. The ability to clearly communicate our value propositions at any level.
3. Salesmanship
4. Conduct technical sales meetings (together with a qualified technical pre-sales resource)
5. provide engaging, appropriate product demonstrations to potential clients
6. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
7. Chase down and meet targets!!!!! You must be able to establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, exude a passion for understanding the technical needs of the customer and articulate the value of the offering in meeting those needs at all levels and in any size company. You must therefore be a naturally confident and engaging communicator and self starter!!
The remuneration package is attractive and the performance reward excellent!
While we have an OTE packaged based on a minimum sales per month, there is no ceiling on your earning potential. You are limited only by your own capabilities, enthusiasm and willingness to succeed.

Requirements:
At least 5 years sales experience - we need Hunters no farmers !!
Track record of exceeding sales revenue targets
Diploma and or degree beneficial however not essential.
