DESCRIPTION: PBT Group has an urgent requirement for Dynamics CRM 4.0 developers (intermediate to technical lead)

The environment consists of a highly customised CRM4.0 system which sits on top of the policy administration platform and also has a number of integration points via BizTalk into a business rules engine, the policy admin system and various others.

- The Developer must know XRM and Javascript very well, as well as understand CRM 4.0 very well.
- The developers also must have good MS SQL and some C# development skills
- The Senior / lead developer must be able to provide architecture and CRM design guidelines and manage / mentor more junior team members
- The environment consists of maintenance and new project work, and there will be an upgrade to CRM 2013 where the Team Lead/Developer would be involved.
- Must be delivery focused as this is a high pressure environment with constant real delivery required.
- Must be well presented with good communication skills, and able to work with changing specs and interface with business stakeholders directly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- IT Degree, plus a minimum of 4 – 5 years relevant experience.
