E Commerce Coordinator - Stellenbosch
We are looking for an individual with a customer-centric attitude and passion for detail and quality. This role requires a tech-savvy individual, with great communication skills in order for you to keep up with the evolving e-commerce landscape.
Take ownership of our customers and ensure their needs are met
Processing orders through the online shop including contacting customers if required.
Packing orders - including printing address labels and invoices.
Stocktake - ensuring we keep detailed records of what we have available and ensuring the online shop is up to date with this.
Ordering new stock- checking trends and past orders to understand best time to order new stock.
Managing day to day client communication.
Responds quickly to unplanned client requests and able to resolve issues without conflict.
Perform periodic inventory checks to minimize the risk of inventory issues - Stock take on a weekly basis.
Responsible for overseeing the daily, overall operations within the warehouse.
Responsible for the safe and timely shipping, storing, packaging and otherwise transporting of inventory.
Work closely with shipping company to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time.
Provide a personal experience and assistance to every client
Successfully completed NQF Level 4/Matric/Grade 12
Minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience
Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping
