The company provides a range of specialised marketing, media and training services to leading businesses all over South Africa targeting Professional Services Marketing. They assist clients to implement creative, cost-effective & result-oriented strategies to maintain & grow their firms.

Requirements:
Matric
Graphic Design Degree or 3-year Diploma (Visual Communication / Media Studies)
1+ years relevant experience
Fully bilingual
Articulate Storyline
Adobe Captivate
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
Organisational Skills
Excellent communication skills
Creative flair
Attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work to deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
The design and build of a range of online courses, based on a content matrix provided by an Instructional Designer, utilising instructional design theories, methodologies and adult learning best practice standards.
Working with content developers, instructional designers and development teams to create online learning materials.
A solid understanding of adult learning principles is important, but expert knowledge of authoring tool software is a priority here.
Creating style guides for developing and future materials.
Staying up to date with the latest design methods and technologies.
Ensure general quality assurance of developed solutions.
