Retail Giant seeks an experienced E-Learning Manager, experienced in launching digital e-learning platforms, content development and team leadership
Key Performance Areas
- Design / develop / implement eLearning strategy and programs
- Support the deployment of technology enabled learning
- Manage content creation and deployment roadmap
- Management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated technologies.
- Management of the Learning Technology team

Qualifications and Accreditations
- 3 year diploma or degree that covers HR / L and D principles
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Technology and / or Instructional Design
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years working experience within a L and D environment with a focus on technology solutions
- Advanced understanding and utilisation of Learning Management Systems and Digital Training
- Proven track record in the application of technology enabled learning
- Previous experience in e-Learning and program design
- Must have managed multiple projects simultaneously whilst completing the full training cycle - analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of the latest innovations and technologies in digital learning
