Retail Giant seeks an experienced E-Learning Manager, experienced in launching digital e-learning platforms, content development and team leadership

Key Performance Areas

  • Design / develop / implement eLearning strategy and programs
  • Support the deployment of technology enabled learning
  • Manage content creation and deployment roadmap
  • Management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated technologies.
  • Management of the Learning Technology team

Qualifications and Accreditations

  • 3 year diploma or degree that covers HR / L and D principles
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Technology and / or Instructional Design

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience within a L and D environment with a focus on technology solutions
  • Advanced understanding and utilisation of Learning Management Systems and Digital Training
  • Proven track record in the application of technology enabled learning 
  • Previous experience in e-Learning and program design
  • Must have managed multiple projects simultaneously whilst completing the full training cycle -  analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of the latest innovations and technologies in digital learning
