• This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manager to lead and drive change with the main focus on developing and implementing change management strategies, frameworks and processes to ensure effective management of changes across the organisation. This role requires a change management expert who will develop change management capabilities, facilitate business transformation and change initiatives, i.e NBE, culture and values alignment and BBBEE. Work closely with all stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks, perform change impact assessments and ensure local readiness for the successful deployment of Transformation initiatives.
