Masters in Social Work , Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
4 years managerial experience in the Employee Wellness Services environment
5 years’ experience in provision of EWP in a service provider context
5 years’ experience of managing EWP Call Centres; affiliate networks and clinical teams
Knowledge of relevant legislation and prescripts governing employee wellness services
