2. Effective administration of customer and site database
3. Managing of fingerprint Biometric System Prosync

Ensure a stable interface between ProSync, EasyRoster and VIP payroll
1. Monitor all devices link to the ACP Panel
2. Technical support to all Branches
Managing the full function of the EasyRoster Time and Attendance process as well as Biometric and labour cost.
Create and maintain accurate Customer and employee records on the EasyRoster database, as required for all contractual customers.
Analytical Ability
Monthly Scheduling
Daily Scheduling
Labour Management on direct labour
Job Costing, Wage Cost forecasts, Export and Import of all Hours worked
Comparisons between ER and VIP Payroll
Ensures timely and accurate preparation of all Monthly and Daily Schedules from the HR / Operational Teams
Work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll Departments to ensure that time and attendance actions are in conformance with
Labour Management process
Interface routinely with Human Resources and Payroll Department on employee accurate processing of hours worked
Attend meeting and training sessions at branch offices to explain the roles of all involve and the process to achieve the desired results
