• Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curricula for technical training programs
• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
• Prepare and conduct technical training programs
• Mentor and/or train other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
• Manage and report on the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System

 

• Matric
• Minimum of two-years proven Enterprise Content Management (ECM) training
• OpenText (Livelink) certified
• Awareness of electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops
