Your key job responsibilities as the eCommerce and Digital Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Work on online and app strategy through merchandising, customer services etc.
- Provide resolution to operational problems whilst adhering to corporate competencies
- Contribute insights into the strategic direction of retail positioning and align it to the best eCommerce practice, and corporate identity
- Work on online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, and conversion
- Report on online store and app performance
- Help plan and forecast monthly reports regarding online sales, costs to budget and business performance
- Set out a framework of Google Analytics requirements and give feedback to establish key improvement areas
- Help optimise eCommerce business process execution
- Drive the strategy to grow online exclusive deals
- Implement specific enhancements/innovations that support business plans and IT strategies

Requirements for this eCommerce and Digital Manager job in Johannesburg:

- 2-5 years’ proven experience in an eCommerce role with exposure to digital
- Relevant qualification
- Optimisation/Digital Marketing certification preferred
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in stock management and basic retail principles
- Analytics and Conversion reporting and SEO experience
- eCommerce merchandising best practice, with an understanding of user behaviour
- Understanding of eCommerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost-effective business solutions
