Formal qualifications in digital marketing/commerce
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience in managing a team of people
Ability to critique and advise E Commerce team
Digital marketing experience and keen interest
In-depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
Experience in marketing and technology
Ideally use of Abode Photoshop, I Design, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics
Knowledge of bulk editing, multi-attribution modelling, bid management across network, A/B testing of adverts, google AdWords

Work with third party development partner to ensure that the platform performs optimally
Manage new platform enhancements improving buying experiencing
Understanding client relationship management and the tech tools that support this, direct marketing and affiliate relationships
Working closely with the marketing and merchandising teams
Understanding which products need to be promoted, when and at what price and to whom
Understanding customer needs based on customer history
Managed the content team
Liaise with merchandise team
Ensure products are affected accurately online
Order processing
Liaise with store managers and sales staff ensuring the correct stores fulfil the right orders in the most efficient manner possible
Shipping
Liaise with courier partners
Manage courier relationships
Optimizing and minimising cost
Over deliver and fulfil customer expectations in predetermined and understand time frames
