Draughting of civil, mechanical and electrical CAD drawings for tender and quotation proposals
Draughting of civil, mechanical and electrical CAD drawings for contracts of generator and related equipment (as designed and dictated by the Engineer) including:
Simple civil structures including plinths, bund system, cable trenches, generators and fuel system, plant rooms
Electrical circuit diagrams for LV, MV and PLC control equipment
Fuel system installation, including P&ID diagrams
Mechanical systems including generator canopies, exhaust systems, ventilation systems
Support Design Engineers and contract department with necessary drawings
Generate Bill of Quantities from drawings
Generate purchase orders from Bill of Quantities

Candidate Requirements
5- 10 years of CAD experience
Methodically and organised
Attention to detail
Accuracy
Effective communication, especially writing (email) and on phone
Knowledge on SANS 60439, SANS 10131, SANS 10108
Good accurate CAD skills
Thorough experience of working with AutoCAD essential
Literacy and numeracy skills at Level 2
