Analyst - Electrical

Main Functions:
• Develop and Maintain competency for Electrical technicians to improve their job skills and prepare them for jobs requiring greater skills
• Monitor the technicians development program, evaluate the performance of all technicians and report to Senior Management.
• Develop effective tracking and corrective action for the development plans
• Develop training/development plans and programmes based on competency for Electrical Technicians
• Assess Technicians development/training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups and / or consultation with end user supervisors/manager
• Develop Electrical Training/Learning material then deliver it to the operation and maintenance Technicians in order to increase their awareness level about Electrical.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant experience
OR
• Diploma Graduate with minimum 15 years relevant experience
• This applicant should have ATLEAST 10 years experience in petrochemical and industrial plants, which include field, development/coaching and supervisory position experience in order to know how to develop others.
• The applicant should speak and write English language fluently
• Computer skills ie MS Applications including PowerPoint and Excel Presentation Skills
• Mentoring and Coaching Skills – the applicant will look after the instrumentation technicians development in petrochemical plant and should therefore have adequate training and coaching skills.
