Are you an AutoCAD Electrical Building Services Draughtsperson that is looking to join an established Cape Town based engineering consultancy? Are you capable of producing drawings on time for senior electrical engineers for building services projects including office blocks, multi-storey parkades, hotels, shopping malls, data centres and airports? You will add value to their drawing office by completing electrical drawings of lighting and small power layouts, UPS systems, electrically operated hot water generation, telephone and data layouts as well as intercom installations.

Qualification:
AutoCAD Certificate

Skills & Experience:
Draughting of LV and MV reticulation layout drawings
Draughting of street lighting layouts drawings
Draughting of electronic CCTV, access control, fire protection, nurse call systems drawings
Single line and block diagrams
Preparing electrical detail drawings
3 – 5 years’ consulting experience

Other duties will also include the electronic draughting of BMS systems such as CCTV, access control, smoke/fire detection, alarms, nurse call and evacuation systems.
