Are you an Electrical Building Services Engineer that is on the verge of becoming professionally registered? You will be responsible for the electrical and electronic design of lighting and small power layouts, access control, CCTV, BMS and fire detection systems. Other duties will include site inspections, contract administration, tender preparation and adjudication, and project management. Typical projects that you will be working on include hotels, shopping malls, office blocks, and retail stores.

Qualification:
B.Eng/BTech in Electrical Engineering
Candidate PR.Eng/PR. Tech

Skills & Experience:
Full electrical design of lighting and small power layouts
Full electronic design of CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems
Building services project management
Site inspection and construction monitoring
5+ years’ experience
