Qualification:

BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Electrical design/drawing experience within building services sector including lighting, power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems

Must be able to assist with tender documentation

Complete estimates and attend client meetings/site inspections

Liaise with the sub-contractors and contractors on site as well as lead site meetings

Control costs and budgets

Ability to communicate at all levels
