We are looking for and Electrical Engineer HV for Plant Maintenance in Rosllyn.
Planned and unplanned maintenance of Pulp and Paper Mills.

Only candidates who fully comply with ALL the criteria will be considered:
BTech, BEng, or ND S4 Electrical Engineering Qualification (Not N6)
Minimum 3 Years' active experience in Electrical or E&I Plant Maintenance.
Proficiency in either SAP CMMS, SAP PM or any other equivalent plant maintenance planning software.
Experience in staff selection, staff management and disciplinary procedures.
Experience in 11kV plants, with AC/DC Electrical Motors and Drives, especially Sequential Drives (all brands).
Must have an energetic and positive demeanour, and have the ability to inspire staff.
Must have the ability to work under a high amount of pressure while maintaining a full picture of site activities.
Must have a passion for site safety, and be able to communicate effectively regarding safety.
Must be able to chair meetings, and be able to communicate from board to general worker level.
Must be a team player, and be able to work independently when circumstances warrant.
Must have great work ethic, be a punctual person, and have a high level of integrity.
Must be able to apply conflict resolution, and be able to get along with a wide variety of cultures and personas.
Must have an inclination to detail and the ability to see the whole picture simultaneously.
Must be able to perform reporting on the required standars and in the desired timeframes.

Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport.
