• BSc, BEng or BTech degree
• 3+ years Building Services experience
• Must have AutoCAD experience
• Must have basic design knowledge of LV reticulation, lighting, DB & MCC schematics, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, Telecoms and Instrumentation
