Project auditing

Ability to communicate at all levels and sign off designs and completed projects

Liaise with the subcontractors and contractors on site, lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets

Lighting, power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems

Proven track record of projects completed (malls, offices blocks and retail stores)
