A multi-disciplinary consulting company has an opportunity for someone to join them on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for all electrical building services on site. This is an opportunity where you can use your technical knowledge on site with the lead function as a Resident Engineer.



Qualification:

BTech in Electrical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Site supervision and construction administration of all service relating to buildings

Knowledge and a good understanding of SANS codes

Above average communication, administrative and written skills

Knowledge of associated electrical building services and some mechanical HVAC knowledge and experience dealing with existing services

Liaison with clients, business owners, stakeholders and dealing with public

Preparation of work cost and estimates

Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport.

Experience in MS Projects, MS Excel and Word

AutoCAD to review designs on site

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in site supervision and construction on site
