* Manage Preventative, Predictive and Break Fix Maintenance
* Oversee Maintenance of Sophisticated PLC Driven Equipment
* Oversee Utilities and Office Maintenance
* Drive TPM initiatives
* Safety OSHACT

Key Job Deliverables:

* Maximise OEE on Assigned Equipment
* Lead Maintenance Team and Maximise their Performance
* Assist with Complex Faults, Installations and Team Development

Background work experience:

* 5 years Maintenance of Complex Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
* 3 years PLCs and Electrical
* 3 years Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Mechanicals
* 3 years Practical preventative maintenance using TPM
* Diploma in Electronics
* In Depth Knowledge and Understanding of Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintenance
* Maintenance of complex equipment like Injection Moulders, automated painters and Robotics - pref in Automotive
* Trouble shooting of complex electro-mechanical faults such as programming errors, intermittent electronics failures, electro-mechanical hydraulic systems
* Complex robotic machinery with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
* Implementation of practical predictive maintenance strategies including spare parts lists, maintenance cycles, equipment monitoring
* Advantageous: Specific working knowledge of Mitsubishi PLCs
