Do you have a National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering (Light Current)?

NB: it will be highly advantageous if you have RF experience and have sales experience in electronics and electronic components.

A national distribution company is looking to add a Sales Engineer to their team of great employees.

What do you need?

• National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Light Current)
• Technical experience as an Electronic Technician or Electrical Apprentice in a light current environment
• RF experience is a huge advantage
• Experience on PC Board level would be an advantage
• Technical sales experience will be an advantage
• Drivers’ license and own car
• Willing to learn and grow

What will you do?

• Client liaison and visits
• Assist customers with decisions on hardware that will be used in applications
• Provide technical support and liaise with manufacturer support teams in the Development phase when problems occur
• Negotiate pricing with International suppliers and local customers
• Strategic Planning and targeting of key market sectors and technology in order to target and win new business
• Visit international suppliers from time to time
