• Management of day to day service department activities.
• Scheduling technicians to attend to maintenance and service related call outs.
• Managing Repairs of equipment with suppliers and stores.
• Daily feedback and communication to customers regarding maintenance and service related items
• Ensuring SLA’s are scheduled and conducted timeously and accurately
• Updating of schematics and as-builts
• Costing of job cards
• Quotes on maintenance and service related items.
• Technical on-site assistance to all technical teams.
• Promoting SLA’s with customers.
• Ensuring that all paperwork, emails, call logging, schedules, repairs are updated daily with feedback to senior management on a weekly basis.
• Visiting customers to conduct QA

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, specifically:
• Access Control - Saflec and Impro
• IP CCTV - Axis, Bosch, Sunell, Axxon, Milestone, HikVision
• Smoke Detection - Ziton, Bosch, Technoswitch
• Intruder Alarms - DSC, Paradox
• PA / Evac - Bosch, TOA, Ateis
• Structured cabling
• Networking fundamentals

Further requirements:
• Grade 12
• SAQCC registered
• Proof of attendance on courses related to the experience required.
• Valid driver’s license
• PSIRA Registered
• Contactable references of suppliers in the industry related to the experience required.
