Sales Consultant (Electronic Security)

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant qualification

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ Technical sales experience within the electronic security (Must HAVE)
Strong technical & IT related sales (especially within a distribution environment)
Target & goal focused
Technically Minded
Must have a proven sales track record
Experience with dealer base management & sales
Computer literate, MS Office, especially well versed on Excel
Experience working on a CRM system
Valid Driver’s license & own transport

Responsibilities:
Sourcing & identifying new sales opportunities
Cold calling
Building & maintaining strong customer relationships
Promoting sales with engaging weekly calls, emails, site visits to new & existing dealers
Arranging meetings with relevant decision makers & follow ups
Database management
Ensuring personal product knowledge, applications & features of all products is up to date
Able to effectively communicate suitable product requirements to clients
Providing accurate quotes & solutions based on needs analysis of client
Reaching daily call targets
Reaching monthly / quarterly / annual targets
Scheduling & Diary management
Meeting with clients on site
Presenting to clients
Aftersales service
Ensuring full sales cycle
General Admin

Additional information:
Salary R10 000 – R13 000 basic (gross) + comm (GP)
Sales & target driven
Valid License & own transport
Contract position with the potential to become permanent
