My clients continued drive to expand and provide world class services within the digital marketing arena has created the need for a Messaging Campaign Architect. This role would suit a web developer preferably with email marketing experience, digital marketing experience, or a willingness to learn and grow within the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Translate partner and client needs into technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility
• Define and communicate all requirements related to the project planning, architecture, implementation, sizing, tuning, and scalability
• Drive the systems architecture for both the on premise and the on-demand implementations
• Design, develop and implement a wide array of client and partner solutions
• Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues

Requirements

• BS or B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering or IT. A master’s degree would be beneficial but not essential
• 5+ years of experience in an architect role working on enterprise software implementation/integration projects
• 7+ years of web software development experience including client-side and server-side development
• Experience designing and delivering highly scalable solutions and the ability to effectively communicate the solution to the customers and to the internal teams
• Experience in system and performance analysis of distributed systems
• Hands-on experience optimizing RDBMS performance of at least 1 of the following databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Scripting/Programming experience (JavaScript or other)
• Hands-on experience using various flavours of Linux and Windows
• Hands-on experience setting up network configuration, firewall rules, NAT rules, DNS configuration an added advantage
• Flexible to work in multi-time zone environment
