An Insurance product service provider is looking for Emergency Assist Call Centre Agents.
Must have a minimum of 3 Years Call Centre Experience. Emergency Assistance experience highly beneficial.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills an Telephone Etiquette
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must be able to deal with difficult clients in difficult situations
Must be able to multitask under pressure
Must have attention to detail
Must have reliable transport for shift work
