A level 1 Private Hospital seeing the most hectic cases are on the hunt for a Clinical Nursing Specialist for their Emergency Department.

As the Emergency Department Clinical Nursing Specialist, your key focus will be delivering quality competent nursing care within the Emergency Department

In this role, you will have to:

• Act as a clinical resource and leader in a particular clinical speciality, performing functions at an advanced level competently and consistently.
• Be able to apply critical and analytical nursing skills and judgment across a range of variable situations, and be able to anticipate problems.
• Demonstrate an ability to contribute to and utilise research.
• Display sound and contemporary knowledge of the area of your speciality, together with an advanced understanding of professional nursing, health care delivery and programme planning, allowing the staff to fulfil their primary roles.
