Build in two phases, the new Trauma and Emergency Department, a three-fold expansion of the existing Emergency Department, will cater for the widest range of illnesses and injuries, with a focus on patients presenting with life-threatening medical needs. One special facility, incorporated within the new building will be a state-of-the-art, multi-place hyperbaric chamber which will provide emergency medical treatment to those involved in diving accidents. This chamber will also offer improved access to oxygen therapy for patients with a variety of medical conditions. For rapid transfer of emergency patients, this new building will be directly linked to the new operating theater facility.

SALARIES:
Total monthly salary offered according to experience and qualifications of the candidate and paid in QAR. Offered depending on discretion of the employer.
Consultant Physician:
• Possibly earn a MAXIMUM amount of 54 932 QAR per month
• 54 932 QAR is +/- 15100 USD, 11500 GBP, 13500 EUR, 10700 JOD, 1800 000 DZD, 20300 CAD, 2200 000 PKR, 145 000 MAD, 218 000 South-African Rand, 1050 500 INR.
• Monthly Basic Salary - From 17600 QAR up to 32535 QAR (maximum)
Senior Consultant Physician:
• Possibly earn a MAXIMUM amount of 62 505 QAR per month depending on discretion of employer.
• 62 5050 QAR is +/- 17100 USD, 23 000 CAD, 250 000 South-African Rand, 13100 GBP, 15300 EUR per month.
• Monthly Basic Salary - From 20 000 QAR up to 37 125 QAR (maximum)
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR CONSULTANT AND SENIOR CONSULTANT:
• Market Allowance (up to 50 % of basic salary may be offered) - Will depend on % offered and basic salary amount offered.
• Monthly Professional Allowance (15% of basic salary & Not payable during any absences whether with or without pay except weekends and official holidays) -Will depend on basic salary offered.

Non-monetary benefits on top of the total monthly salary offered are:
• Annual leave per year - 50 Calendar days.
• Accommodation - Provided as appropriate to job title (and upon satisfaction of appropriate conditions for female candidates).
• Business-class return flight ticket - For yourself and family (spouse and up to 3 children up to 18 years of age) for joining, annual leave and repatriation (and upon satisfaction of appropriate conditions).
• Conference entitlement of every year - Upon completion of 18 months in service, for a maximum of 9 days (not debit able to annual leave entitlement)
• School Allowance - 21,000 QAR (maximum) per child per academic year up to 3 children (ages 5 years to 18 years of age provided they are under your sponsorship and they are studying in a private school in Doha), will be reimbursed upon submission of the appropriate receipts and will cover basic tuition fees only (and upon satisfaction of appropriate conditions).
