The purpose of this position is:

The main function of an EPM Admin Assistant is to provide a supporting role to the EPM specialist. The EPM Admin Assistant is responsible for the administrative functions within the EPM project management tool and Timekeeper time logging tool set and will report directly to the EPM Specialist. This is a half day role.

Duties:

Acknowledges and keeps track of all the Remedy calls logged in Remedy for EPM & Timekeeper support via a support log
Data Clean up, Resource Pool clean up, Enterprise Outline codes maintenance
Assists with managing the quarterly project audits to ensure everyone adheres to best practice in the EPM system
Works closely with the Project Management team for daily EPM query and support handling
Weekly sanity checks for project data
Organises any accommodation and travel with our in-house travel consultant
Project Closure process: Moves all archived projects to the closure category in the EPM on a weekly basis
Maintains knowledge base of all timesheet and project issues/queries/resolutions
Ensures that all project documentation adheres to current agreed project administration standards templates and PMBOK methodology
Maintains toolset documentation and configuration specifications where required in the existing knowledge base
Review weekly timesheet matrix reports across organisation to ensure that users are logging their time
Assist with reporting queries across the organisation and notify the EPM Specialist of any critical issues
Assist with Month-end reporting duties
