Employee Relations Manager - Logistics Industry - R800kneg. EE/AA - Tertiary requirement LLB/Labour Relations Qualification. Min 10-15 years exp of which min 5 years should be in the supply chain and Logistics Industry. Must have a good knowledge of Labour Legislation, Mergers, Acquisitions, Disposals and B-BBEE Audit requirements. Good communication skills, Conflict management and Resolution. Will be responsible for the management of individual and collective relationships through the implementation of good practics that enable the achievement of organisational objectives compliant with legislative framework and company policy and culture. Build relationships with CCMA, Bargaining Council, Unions, Department of Labour.
