Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading engineering company in Mpumalanga! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to perform duties in recommending ER Systems, strategy and plans changes, Implement ER strategy, plans, systems and policies and procedures, represent operations ER on relevant governance bodies, manage ER staff across disciplines and evaluate and provide feedback on the impact of ER. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in HR, or Industrial Psychology and postgraduate diploma in Labour Law. A minimum of 8 years experience as ER Manager in an engineering environment is essential.
