Employee Relations Officer needed for a leading mining company in North West-Brits! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Officer to perform duties in IR and ER fields in order to meet changing business needs, have knowledge of private dispute resolution and the CCMA. Ideally you will have a Labour Law/HR Degree/Diploma and postgraduate qualification in Labour Law. A minimum of 5 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
