One of the challenges facing South African companies is the implementation of strategy in an increasingly disruptive work environment. RB Africa offers strategic facilitation and advice to companies experiencing poor productivity, low workplace morale and volatile labour relations.

We help with the design and implementation of a customised Operating Model, which provides organisations with the tools they need to minimise conflict, optimise performance and develop a positive work culture. • Critical leadership skills
• Creating high performance teams
• Stakeholder engagement structures
