Employee Relations Specialist needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to perform duties in ER strategies, policies and procedures, sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislation, have a strong employee relations focus, proven knowledge of South African labour legislation, and exposure to CCMA proceedings and Labour Court cases. Ideally you will have a Degree/National Diploma in Industrial Relations/Labour Law. A minimum of 7 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
