KEY PURPOSE:
To develop ER Trainee to coordinate the achievement of company goals, while at the same time, provide them with exciting challenges in developing their own careers.
To provide administrative support to ER team and the region to ensure that ER activities/matters are administered efficiently, according to company and legislative standards.

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:
Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure.
PowerPoint Presentations
Good communication skills (written, verbal as well as listening)
Good understanding of ER business processes and application of labour relations
Basic understanding of relevant legislation and its impact on effective ER practice
Strong negotiating and persuasive ability
Ability to operate independently, demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality
High energy levels and high level of professionalism
Ability to pay close attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
A Human Resources related tertiary qualification
At least 2 years detailed administration experience including effective HR function co-ordination ideally in an FMCG environment,
PC literacy, database management, office management etc.
SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
Good Excel skills
Valid driver’s license
