Key Responsibilities:


Delivers basic quality patient care.

Adheres to Patients' Rights at all times.

Prevents and reports medico-legal risks.

Control of stock and equipment in accordance with hospital policy.

Identifies and addresses continuous professional development (CPD) needs.

Provides holistic learner support to learners and new employees.

Ensures a therapeutic and safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards and complying with infection prevention and control policy.

Quality client care principles maintained.

Applicants for this position must be:

• General Nursing Degree / Diploma
• Registration with SANC
• Minimum of 2 years theatre experience
• Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
• Computer proficiency would be an advantage
• Must be able to speak Afrikaans
