A Mine based in the Northern Cape is in search of an Engineering Foreman who will need to ensure the engineering reliability and availability of the plant (boilermakers) processes through effective maintenance by managing and supervising the resources available in a safe, effective and cost-efficient way.

Requirements include:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification
• N3 Certificate in Engineering Studies
• Qualified Boilermaker/Plater with Trade Test Certificate
• 5 years’ post-apprenticeship/qualification experience as an artisan is essential
• At least 3 years plant experience – ensure this is indicated on your CV
• Supervisory training and qualification will be an advantage
• PC Literate in MS Office Suite
• Valid drivers’ license
