ENGINEERING & SERVICES MANAGER (GCC FACTORIES), MTUBATUBA (KZN), RNEG, CV

Requirements:
• BSc/Btech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Government Certificate of Competency or as part of your current studies
• Min 5 years' experience at a senior level in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the maintenance, operations of boilers & power generation plant.
• Knowledge about business processes, systems thinking and standards will be an advantage.
• Knowledge about asset management best practices will be an added advantage.

Job Specification:
• Provide Asset Management leadership and performance measurement to assure optimum plant reliability, throughput and product quality
• Provide engineering and technical expertise for all operational and maintenance teams
• Responsible for all engineering and technical standards
• Manage operational and technical risk as well as business continuity programs
• Manage CLIENT's strategic maintenance plan and capital budgets
• Asses CLIENT's technical training needs and develop training programs to assure excellence in human capital service delivery
• Perform the duties of the OSHA GMR 2 Competent Person as well as assuring compliance of the relevant environmental and water acts.
• Oversee and manage civils, planning, projects, electrical & instrumentation departments.
