The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Management of the engineering of products & processes. Your main focus will be to maximize productivity while minimizing costs and ensuring optimum results.


Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (an International Master Degree is valuable)

Minimum 3 years as Engineering Manager / Plant Manager

Steel, Automotive, Manufacturing experience

Highly valuable knowledge & professional experience in: welding engineering, product

development & product engineering, organization of maintenance processes, process

engineering, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing

Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office

Fluent in English


Some Duties: Not limited to

Implement systems to manage compliance

Implement manufacturing policies & procedures

Providing internal guidance for the definition of welding processes

Supervise overall equipment maintenance management

Lead improvements in the engineering of productions line

Assess the quality of tools, machinery, and equipment

Determine methods, timelines and strategies for optimizing engineering of products & processes

Production schedules

Assist Production Manager with responsibilities
