Qualification:

Degree / NDip in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

GCC Factories non-negotiable



Skills & Experience:

Continuous improvement of the effective Planned Preventative Maintenance System for the Milling Plant as well as overseeing major repairs of breakdowns

Management of Safety Health Environment and Quality

Financial Management as well as strategizing Capex focus to reduce down-time and improve efficiency of machines

Risk Management and ensure the completion and compliance of all facilities with the legal requirements

Handles renovations of existing facilities and the construction of facilities

Manage and lead a team of Artisans, Managers and Planners in order to meet Plant targets

Training and development of the team

Department Management which consists of loss control, asset management , spares utilization and stock holding and all administrative duties

Coming from the Milling / Bakery industry (advantageous)

Minimum 8 years’ experience of which 5 years in an Engineering Manager Role within an FMCG Production environment



Job Description:

Your role will include project planning, maintenance management of the Plant, financial management, risk management, as well as the management of SHEQ. Other duties will include, but not limited to, repairs and renovations, ensure staff follow safety rules and regulations. Provide leadership and training to a team of Artisans, Managers and Planners.
