Qualification and Experience:

• B Eng / BSc Eng with strong background in Systems Engineering, Process Control and General Control and Instrumentation
• M Eng – Engineering Management will be advantageous; Registration as a professional Engineer;
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in engineering;
• Preferably five (5) years’ in Engineering Management in a business environment;
• Management of technology development and commercialisation;
• Involvement in the engineering support of existing plants;
• Exposure to Change Management;
• Exposure to strategic planning and execution; and Proven track record of managing technical projects.
